Last NIght's Work.

I am really enjoying making these broaches - I made three last night while watching TV. I did start another bird too but she is wingless at the moment will try to finishe her tomorrow. It is the school's Nativity today so not much crafting will be done today !

My broach is on my bag already.

Bonza Blue Bags.

Anna-Kate is off to a party on Saturday so I made a bag for her friend. The bright pink one is for her. Hers closes with velcro. After making the pink one I wanted one to go to the Nativity tomorrow. I have a skirt in the same fabric so I will match! My bag closes with a snap though as I thought velcro might be a little noisy in Church.

I need to practice my hand stitching but for my first one I am happy with it. She is hanging in my Christmas tree quite happily.









It is hiding and perhaps I should have waited until tomorrow to post - but wanted to share with you all this evening.

Table Runner and Place Mat Set Complete.

I have just finished the set. So we can use it on Christmas Day. I used one pack of squares I had on hand and 8 pairs of pillow cases (new I hasten to add!) but bought a while ago for my patchwork course and never used. So they were not too expensive.

This photo is just to remind me we did have a few minutes of sunshine this morning ! It has become all grey now.

Off to tidy the lounge and have a cup of coffee before the school run.
